When
do I need to order my stationery? |

Order in plenty of time! Experience
shows, 3 months before your wedding
day is a minimum time for the smooth
delivery of your stationery. If you
are ordering for a funeral or a
birth announcement, then contact me
either
via e-mail or by phone and I
will start on those straight away. |

How
do I order my Stationery? |
|
You need to decide: What stationary
you require(e.g.
Birth Announcements, Wedding
invitations or Funerals).
Design of your stationary, (e.g.
Ellie). The numbers of each item
(don’t forget that extra one!).
The letter styling (see below). The
type of wording (see below).
Download, print and complete an
order form for either
wedding
stationery,
birth
announcements or
funeral
stationery
Send the completed from to

ASAP to let you know I have received

lettering I can use. I have shown
the most popular below. Chose the
Letter style you need and, write the
code on the order sheet. Other

wording and will provide a sheet with the most popular
layouts, wordings, hymns, and verses for:
Wedding Invitations, Evening Invitations, Reply Cards, Save the Date Cards, Thank You Cards, Birth Announcements
and Funerals. |

you do an emergency order? |
|
Yes I can. Just
call me or
email me to discuss. |

What
happens once I have sent the order
form to you? |
|
For wedding stationery I will send you a proof of
your design within 2 weeks. I will also send you the
cost of your order.
You will need to: Check the proof (e.g. for dates, names, spellings
etc.) Then send back to me: The signed proof, once you are happy with the
design. This is confirmation that the proof is
correct.
40% deposit which is non refundable.
There will also be a terms and conditions forms that
I would like you to sign and return to me at the
same time.
For Birth announcements and funerals the turn around
of the order is a lot quicker so we will need full
payment when placing order.

Are envelopes included? |
|
White or Ivory Envelopes are supplied for Invitations,
Thank You Cards,
Save the Date Cards,
Reply Cards (Co-ordinating colours are
used),
Memorial Cards,
Birth Announcements and
Greeting Cards. |

When will I receive my stationary? |
|
We promise that you will receive your stationary by the ‘date order
is needed’ as specified by you on the order form. |
|
When do I send the outstanding
balance? |
|
I will send you a full invoice,
minus your deposit paid, one week
before the agreed delivery date of
your stationary. |
|
What is the cost for delivery? |
|
If you are local to Bolton, Chorley
or Wigan I could
hand deliver your stationery. The cost will depend
on the weight of your order. You
will be informed of the amount well
in advance. The cost is usually in
the region of approx £12.00. For the
Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man,
Isle of Scilly, Scottish Highlands and Islands, and Channel
Islands the average is £15-25 |

How do I pay? |
|
I prefer a cheque or a banker’s draft
made payable to ‘C. Mort’ |
|
What
happens if I cancel part or all of
my order? |
|
If you need to cancel part or all of
your order, as long as you give me
six weeks notice, before the agreed
delivery date, this can be
accommodated. Any less than that and
the whole invoice needs to be paid. |
