Ivy Cottage Cards are as excited about your upcoming event or celebrations as you are!

Our stunning invitations are custom designed for each client.

To begin the design process, take a long relaxing look throughout the website or maybe connect to our Facebook site, then please ring or e-mail me with a brief description of your upcoming event, including any relevant information.

I suggest you contact us at least six months prior to your event. We do understand this is not always possible and will be pleased to assist you with any rush orders.

We do prefer to see clients face to face and when you look at our website, you are looking at a very small proportion of all the things that we can do for you.

We want to see ideas that you have collated over the past months, we want to see your swatches of colours, flowers and your venue. Don't forget this is the first part of what your very special guest will see before your event or celebration.
All this you may think is a bit too excessive for just invitations, but that’s what makes Ivy Cottage Cards different from all the rest, we want to visualise everything so we get it right!

The options for your design are truly limitless from a simple, yet very elegant invitation to stationery combined with the use of exquisite fabrics and crystals. It is our goal to make your dreams a reality by designing an invitation that passionately reflects both your personality and celebration.

We want your invites to represent your day not anybody else’s day…just yours.

Firstly we start off with your complimentary design consultation this includes us finding out all about you and your event and then choosing which invitation suite is right for your occasion.

Once you decide that you would like to take advantage of our Bespoke Design Service, this carries a fee of £25 to cover the cost of the time and materials needed to create such a one off design. If you decide to go ahead with your order there will be a minimum spend criteria, dependant on the complexity of the design and the materials needed. As every invitation is custom designed to suit your style, pricing varies and is provided for you in a Personal Quotation once I fully understand your requirements.

The sample can take up to 3 weeks to make, maybe longer, depending on the material that I have to use on your sample. (I will inform you of that when you come along for your consultation). But at the end you will have a sample that includes your chosen design along with all your details of your special day.
Bring along with you: Details of where the venue will be held at. Anything that you think is relevant to your event or celebration. The consultation can take up to 2 hours!
